Cardiovascular problems are more common in dogs than most owners realise. It is estimated that around 10% of all dogs suffer from heart diseases (The Cardiac Education Group). The risk increases with age, but it is estimated that 20-25% of dogs between 9 and 12 years of age suffer from MMVD (Myxomatous Mitral Valve Disease). Some dog breeds are also more prone than others to suffer from cardiovascular problems. Early signs of cardiovascular problems can be easy to miss but the sooner heart problems are discovered the better. All heart problems are a serious health concern and can be fatal if not treated in time.
A healthy balanced diet and regular exercise (physical and psychological) are important in order to keep your dog in good shape and his heart healthy and strong. However, this is not always enough. Using maxxiCardio as part of your dog’s cardiovascular health care can really make a difference for your dog’s heart as well as his longevity and quality of life.

Directions for Use
We always recommend starting slowly with any new supplement and gradually increase the amount given. This allows your dog to get used to the new ingredients, both the taste and texture, and helps to minimise the risk of any potential stomach upset.
Use 1 scoop (included) daily per 30 lb of body weight, divided between two servings for maximum results

maxxiCardio should be stored in a cool and dry place. We recommend refrigerating it after opening. This is strictly not necessary but it helps to keep the ingredients fresh and ensure these conditions are met.
