papapetshop.com is an online retail store where the shopping policy herein stated is enforceable to ensure ethical sales transactions, to protect the interest and rights of the seller and buyer. When you browse this online store’s website, registered as a member or effect a sales transaction, you have expressed your understanding and agreement to the terms stipulated herein. You warrant that you are of age 18 years and above and is in legal capacity to enter into the transaction and be bound by the terms and conditions of the sales policy. Papapetshop.com is not liable for any damages or losses which may arise from using this website or the products purchased from the website.
When you register with papapetshop.com, you will furnish us with your personal data and create a personal login password. Upon the registration, you will have your individual account dashboard to enable you to keep track of your reward points, successful referral record and order history. You can find your individual unique referral link in your dashboard for you to participate in our Refer-A-Friend reward programme. It is your responsibility to keep your login password private & confidential, to avoid unauthorised login and misuse of your account and privileges.
Please note that your personal data you furnished to us shall be kept in strict confidentiality. By providing your information to us, you have consented us to use them appropriately and necessarily to update and complete your shopping experience; including promo, privileges and transactions. We will not share the information with any third party, who is not related in assisting and supporting the shopping experience and the delivery processes.
All promo and special codes via online and on hardcopy vouchers are subject to terms & conditions. You can only apply the code if you are a registered member of papapetshop.com. There will be a validity period, certain stipulated exclusivity and limitation etc on all promo and special codes. Each code is created for single usage only. Promo and special code can only be used once per account and within a specified period or time or limited quantity, while stock lasts. Example: “first order only”, “one purchase per account”, “while stock lasts” or “first 100 shoppers” etc. papapetshop.com reserves the rights to disable or deny the privileges that the code carries to any party, until further notice, when we believe that there is a suspected fraud to abuse the discount and promo privileges.
When you entered your promo code and checked-out your order cart, we will not be able to amend it. The system will prompt you if you have utilised the code or similar code’s privileges before or ineligibility based on the terms and conditions of the code. If you find that your entitled discount code is inactive during the check-out process, you can reach out to us for validation. However, kindly reconfirm at your side that it is within the validity date and you have abided to the terms and conditions of the code.
Your order is confirmed when you receive an email notification with an order reference number from us. In the event that the confirmed order has products that are unavailable, we will inform you accordingly via phone or email you have provided us. We may recommend you with alternative products or we will cancel the unavailable items from the order, upon your request. Please reach out to us if you did not receive your order confirmation after checked-out.
All purchases on papapetshop.com will be paid via Paypal. Paypal accept your credit amount as well as support all major local credit cards transactions. It is a reputed online payment gateway with SSL technologies, stable security procedures and system to enable secure online shopping. When you checked-out your purchases, please ensure your input of your contact and delivery data with papapetshop.com is updated and accurate when you submit your payment advice to Paypal.
papapetshop.com reserves the rights to charge you on any third party imposed fee and government taxes on the purchases, if any.
papapetshop.com has a minimum purchase amount of S$69 nett per order policy to extend free delivery service within Singapore island. The standard delivery fee will be at S$7 per order when the checked-out purchase amount is below S$69. The delivery charge, if any, will be reflected on your order summary. Order will be delivered within 1 to 4 days from the order date. The delivery time slots cover from 10am to 10pm. Our delivery team will do their best to deliver the items to you within your selected time slot. Please ensure that there is someone on site to receive the items. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the items, our delivery will send you a message to confirm the failed delivery attempt and return the items to our warehouse. You can then arrange for a re-delivery at the standard delivery rate of S$7 per trip. Requesting for the items to be placed at your doorstep or with your neighbour will be at your own risk on any possible losses or damages to the items. Please note that we are unable to deliver to a P O Box addressee.
We will do our best to arrange for any last- minute emergency delivery or a Sunday delivery with a nominal surcharge of $15. You can reach out to us on this request, on a case by case basis.
International shipping can be arranged at your request. You can contact us to check on the shipping procedures and costs.
If the items you received are damaged or missing on point of delivery or defects due to manufacturer’s negligence, you can reach out to us within 3 working days upon receipt of the item, to report on the damages. Please take photo images on the opening of the delivery goods with the tax invoice for reference and verification. We will exchange the damaged/missing items for you after our investigation of the cause of damages and with the logistic side on stock. Upon confirmation by us on the exchange, you can request for the exchange to be a direct replacement, subject to stock availability, or for the amount to be credited into your account or refund to you accordingly. After the necessary information and verification, the return and exchange should be finalised within 10 working days. Return & Exchange will be handled on a case by case basis and through email correspondence.
Cancellation of order can be arranged if the order has not been processed. Once the order is processed or the items are out for delivery, we are unable to activate the cancellation request. However, we can arrange a refund for you if you send in the request to us upon receipt of the items and arrange for the return of the items in its original packaging, to our warehouse within 3 days from the delivery date. We will credit the refund amount into your account or we will refund you the amount, less a nominal charge of $15 for logistic, admin and delivery, within 10 days upon confirmation of the refund. Cancellation & Refund will be handled on a case by case basis and through email correspondence.
