Feeding Instructions
About 100,000,000 lactic acid bacteria are contained in 1g of lactobyte.
The amount to be given daily is about 1 cup of body weight and about half a teaspoon (medium). Approximately 2 ~ 3 grams.
As a rule of thumb, 2cm is about 2grams.
